This program also includes software upgrades that ensure that your EDU software contains the most recent enhancements and functions on the latest Microsoft operating systems. Support agreements for subsequent years are available upon purchase of your system or on an annual basis. Support hours are 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time.
